Phil Clodgo
After serving nine years in the United States Air Force, Phil joined the Keyes Company, the leading real estate
company of South Florida. Soon thereafter, he began an ambitious real estate career that has spanned more than three
and a half decades. He obtained his Broker’s license in his first year and then went into management. Phil has
managed nine different offices for The Keyes Company. As a Manager, he would open a new office, or bring a fledgling
office up to top production. He would then move on to his next management assignment.

Training has always been a part of Ryan’s life and career. As an Associate Broker in the top producing office
of the #1 brokerage in the state of Kansas, Ryan leads the training and development of the office agents, both new
and experienced.
Brad Hanks
Brad Hanks is a real estate industry veteran with more than 18 years experience as an agent, broker, manager,
franchise executive, speaker and trainer. He has consulted and trained throughout the industry
in the areas of sales performance, brokerage management, and the use of technology to increase efficiency and
effectiveness. An expert on the use of social media in business, Brad provides real estate

Mechelle & Thomas Wilder
Mechelle’s accomplishments in the Real Estate field alone tells us that she is not someone who does things half way.
Along with being an Associate Broker, Certified Residential Specialist and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute she is
also a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. She has won awards in New Home Sales several years running and also in the Club
of Excellence.
Thomas Wilder is Alagasco’s Manager of Community Development. In this role, he is responsible for developing and
implementing various activities associated with consumer/community affairs and acting as an external consultant to
address the interest of consumers, the community and the company. He returned to Alagasco in 2003 after working for
10 years as corporate human resources manager at BE&K
